Its extremely robust blade is equipped with a wire cutter (5mm max cable diameter) and with a wire stripper (8mm max cable diameter). The Fiberglass-reinforced polyamide handle can withstand shocks and humidity. Handle includes two built-in screwdriver tips: flat head(4 mm screws) and Phillips screwdriver (3.5 to 5 mm screws), that magnetically engage in the heel.

- Blade: 12C27 Sandvik Stainless Steel. It is anti-corrosive thanks to the addition of chrome and requires no special maintenance. Its carbon content of at least 0.40% gives an excellent cutting edge.
- Handle: Fiberglass-reinforced polyamide to withstand shocks and humidity, with two built-in bits: flat screwdriver (4 mm screws) and crosshead/Phillips screwdriver (3.5 to 5 mm screws), magnetized bit holder.

Safety: This Knife features the Virobloc Safety rings.
Invented by Marcel Opinel in 1955, the Virobloc safety ring is fitted to all folding knives sizes No6 through No12. Cut out of stainless steel, the Virobloc has two sections, one fixed and one sliding. In addition to locking the blade open (safety while in use), it is now possible to lock the blade closed (safety on the go).
