SOTO Lava Plate ST-3102

Lava stone plate made exclusively to use with SOTO ST-310 Regulator Stove.

Made from Japanese lava rock. It’s easy to carry around in a compact size and its far-infrared rays make the ingredients delicious.

Far-infrared rays are offering efficient processing and excel in energy-saving performance because they supply energy directly to the cooking ingredients and foods to be processed without dispersing energy to unnecessary objects. Like microwave ovens, the molecules of food are heated to the inside of the material by friction heat, it traps the taste of meat and vegetables, and bakes it plumply and juicy from the core. It also has excellent heat storage properties, so it can be used with a low heat source.

PRECAUTION: 

• This product is exclusively for SOTO Regulator Stove ST-310 & Regulator Stove Fairytale Model ST-310MC. Please do not use it on other stoves.
• Be sure to attach the heat shield before use. If the heat shield is not attached, the gas cylinder will be affected by the heat and is dangerous and will also damage the surface (table/ground) uses on.
• The lava stone plate is hot during and immediately after use. Be careful not to touch it.
• When cleaning after use, do not soak it in the water while it is still hot. The lava stone may crack and break. Allow it to cool sufficiently before cleaning.
• Do not use detergent when cleaning. Detergent ingredients can soak into the lava stone and stick within it the next time you use it. Rinse with cool/hot water without using detergent.
• Let air-dry completely before storing it.
